Dublin City Council contracted with CDM-Smith to act as Employer's Representative during the design, construction and commissioning of the Dublin Waste to Energy facility. CDM-Smith contracted with Durango Browne in December 2014 to provide a commercial specialist for the Employer's Representative team.
