The Irish National Roads Authority is developing a network of high speed motorways linking the major cities of Ireland. A consortium of lenders led by AIB Bank provided financing for a 20 kilometre section of the N8 motorway near the city of Fermoy.
Durango Browne provided the project manager for the banking consortium’s traffic revenue and technical due diligence team. The project is now in operation and toll revenue is running above predicted values.
